Two calico fabrics were used – a green and red floral calico cotton, for this round shaped coiled fabric bowl. The strips were wrapped around a cotton rope core, then coiled by hand with a blanket-stitch to form a unique fabric bowl. It measures 5.5” wide and 3.” deep. This bowl was finished off by winding the coil around the bowl and adding a chartreuse button to the front.
